Running/blocked Nose

We used a nasal respirator and a nasal spray. If you LO is sleeping in an air conditioned room, then it is best to turn on a humidifier or place a bowl of water in the room to increase the moisture in the environment. Try not to place LO directly under the fan.

There is a nasal aspirator tool you can use to suck the mucus out.

i'll give them warm bath and I use Pigeon's nose cleaner

Use sterimar spray n den suck out with nasal aspirator

I used nasal spray and humidifier while sleeping.

Try using baby vicks! It works for my LO!
