I agree that you should seek a counsellor for help. If you are not comfortable to meet one yet there are hotlines that you can call like Aware: at 1800 774 5935, (Monday – Friday, 3pm to 9.30pm HealthLine (Health Promotion Board's toll-free health information service line that is available in 4 languages) T: 1800 223 1313 Mon-Fri: 8.30 am-5 pm Sat: 8.30 am-1 pm Those are just to name a few. I think you also need to talk to your family/friends as if you talk to someone about it it can help yOu - this should be a dose person if your loved ones were to meet with any major difficulty, I believe you hope they asked you for help so in the same way, I believe your family and friends would want to help. Hugs
If you don't wish to talk to family about it, talk to your friends, talk to friends who have kids before as they will naturally be able to understand how you feel and whats going on. I been thru the same thing twice. I constantly finding people to talk to online, even if i don't see them in RL, but talking to them online actually helps me to feel at ease much better. Hang in there. You can also talk to me :D
