Caesarean scar - red & raised :(

Hi mummies, my c-sec scar getting red and raised. It become so thick now. Any idea to control it ? Previously I use Dematix ultra scar gel everyday but it doesn’t help so I switch to cica scar patch for improvement. It turn less reddish. But now I stop using it, I realize the scar getting red and raise again. Also recently I saw my scar have a small cut. What should I do ?

Mine also reddish, raised and a little itchy.. My baby already 8m.. I don't know what to do..

I talked to my gynae he said I was prone to keloid. The one way to remove it is through laser. Or another option is if I have 2nd pregnancy via caesarean they can remove it doing the process.
