Redness on face, pale lips

Im 11weeks pregnant now and i realize that my face become so red. now im putting aloevera gel on it, but still merah n pinkish..i dont wear any make up since i had this redness. i just waer lipgloss coz my lips look soo pale! any mommy have same issues with me? any way to solve this?
