Suddenly NO HEART BEAT ( 11 weeks 4 days )

This morning i went to hospital for normal check up , but my baby no heart beat . Already confirm by 2 hospital . So now Dr ask me to wait for 2 weeks , to see can bleeding thyself or need to wash after 2 weeks . Can i know Which one is better , i have to wait until bleeding or better wash ? Please help me . Tq

same situation happened to me.. i have wait until bleeding come out... then only doctor will decide to wash or not.. coz some people had cl complete miscarriage no need to do d&c... in my case i did d&c coz not complete
