I’m due early July and my forecasted maternity leave (including no-pay leave) spreads till end of the year. After the 16 weeks, I will utilise all my leaves (annual leave, family care leave, child care leave). The remaining number of days will be no-pay leave. Performance bonus and AWS will be affected though. Perhaps to discuss with your boss/management first?
