Hi any mummies took no-pay leave after maternity leave to take care of LO?

Maternity leave is ending soon and can't bear to leave LO behind for work when he is only 4 months. Any mummies took no-pay leave to take care of LO personally? For how long? When do you think is the best time to go back to work?

I’m due early July and my forecasted maternity leave (including no-pay leave) spreads till end of the year. After the 16 weeks, I will utilise all my leaves (annual leave, family care leave, child care leave). The remaining number of days will be no-pay leave. Performance bonus and AWS will be affected though. Perhaps to discuss with your boss/management first?
