Procedures of sending back a helper

Lousy helper who always lie. About housework, about babies things everything. Recently found out she stole my baby’s balm cream and moisturizer. Planning to send her back. May I know the best way of doing it so as not to alert her? As I’m afraid she might steal more or worse do harm to my babies. 1. Engage a runner 2. Get air tix 3. Get back work permit 4. Runner to send her to airport? What are the responsibilities of the runner? What if the helper refuse to pass u back her work permit? Do u engage runner from the agency or elsewhere?

The day you going to send her is the day your helper knows about it, she won't have chance to steal more things or do anything else. Have some family members with you when you do that. I dun think agency will send runner. You can let the agency know that u are sending the helper back to them. Can seek their advice. I send my helper to the agency once when she stole things.
