Scared about giving birth

I am pregnant with twins at 6 weeks but I can't seem to enjoy my journey because I am super scared of giving birth, thinking abt the contractions and tear 😞 until I feel like c-sect would be better for me eventhough it will require longer recovery. Pls help enlighten my anxiety. Thank you!
