Yes you can start with cereal:) I would start with 1 spoon first, then increase as your LO’s appetite increases

Yup, definitely. Start with a teaspoon mixed with BM or FM. Let her have a taste of her first solids! :)

Yes. Can. Initially need to be quite diluted with milk. Slowly up the scoops portion.

1 to 2 scoops. let her try n see if there is any allergy before giving more.

Can! But my child don't like it for the first few mouth
