Hi would like to ask can i just bath while on confinement? Because i feel hot and already feel itchy all over my scalp
I bathe the next day after I deliver. Wash hair and all. I even showered at night 11 plus pm because it was very humid. You need to feel comfortable to recover properly. Bathe with warm water will do.
By all means please do take a bath. Hygiene is very important. Ignore all those superstitions telling you not to. Just make sure to use warm water. 😊
Yes. Bath with warm water and dry your body/hair properly before come out from washroom

With herbal bath lah. But I shower with herbal bath after 3rd day PP.

You can consider bath with confinement bath herb.
