Hi would like to ask can i just bath while on confinement? Because i feel hot and already feel itchy all over my scalp

I bathe the next day after I deliver. Wash hair and all. I even showered at night 11 plus pm because it was very humid. You need to feel comfortable to recover properly. Bathe with warm water will do.
