Hi Mummy, during confinement will we feel hot or cold ? Currently 3rd trimester and everyday is hot. Will confinement remains the same ? Im intending to wear long pants and long sleeves. Will it be too hot ?

I felt very hot and sweaty during confinement. Had to sleep with air conditioning in the night time as cannot tahan. After 1 month of confinement and stopping confinement food, gradually get back to normal

Same here. Not sure if it’s bcos of the confinement meals. I sweated a lot.. move or walk abit I sweat a lot 😓

i actually refrain from bathing in the first 4 weeks but though i avoid the fan, i mostly stay in aircon room with short sleeves & short bottoms

I wear short and short sleeve.. the confinement food is heaty
