5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

ganyan ako last time mommy. after 2 weeks pinabalik kami. and thank God nagpakita na si baby with normal heartbeat. 9weeks na kami today.. pray ka lang and do not think too much. magpapakita sya next ultrasound
