5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

5 weeks and 5 days first ultrasound ko that was Nov 26.2021 .. May heartbeat na c Baby nun then pnabalik ako Dec 3 2021 for follow up kc mbba heart rate nia then ok na After po.. Pray lang po kau at wag mag isip ng Negative . Pra relax dn c Baby .
