5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

got my first ultrasound at 5 weeks yolk sac lang meron super worried ko nun but pinabalik ako nung 7 weeks na ko, ayun may heartbeat & kita na si baby. maaga pa momsh, dont worry, balik ka po after fee weeks
