5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

Normal lang yan sis. Too early lang. Pero based sa result mo may corpus luteum sa right, meaning meron na di lang siguro visible pa. Balik ka nalang kung kelan sinabi ni ob. Pregnant ka for sure kasi thick nq endometrium mo.
