5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

Try mo ulit after 2-3 weeks or so , sa akin 8 weeks gestational sac lang no yolk nor heartbeat. Then we tried again after a month and a half kc nagchange ob kmi, at 13weeks dun nkita c baby with heartbeat n 🥰
