5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

5werks nung nagpa transv ako, wala p tlaga bby, pero kita n ni Ob meron mabbuo. Gnito exact ung snbi nia, buntis ka nga, eto pa lang ung mabbuo... Ganun ang sbi nia
