5 weeks pregnant but no baby in ultrasound

I'm 5 weeks pregnant and all my pregnancy test kit are positive. But when Ihad my ultrasound today, the doctor cannot see any thing yet nor a sac or a baby. Is it normal to not have any result in ultrasound by 5 weeks?

Nung 5weeks po ako gestational sac palang ang nakita kasi masyado pang maaga para makita ang yolk sac. After a week bumalik ako nakita na sya at may hb na din. Pray ka lang sis wag mag pa stress kasi makakaapekto yun. Godbless

same Po tau aq 5weeks and 5days nmn.. Ng request Po ulit c doc n after 1 month retake Ng transV hnd n po aq bumalik kc alam q sa srli q n preggy aq dat tym..kc lhat Ng symptoms Ng preggy nramdaman q... ngaun Po 5months n po tummy q..😊😊 for ultrasound n po aq sa gender n baby.. at mlakas Po ang heartbeat 💓
