What Is The Correct Calculation Of Weeks To Months?

Im on 11 weeks, what months it is suppose to be. When i googled, the calculation seems different. Any one willing to share some advises?

4weeks = 1month. we are pregnant 40 weeks so technically 10months. if u are 11 weeks which means u are almost 4months. this is why some people count by weeks instead of months. its less complicated. if people ask me i would just say around 3-4 months.
