13weeks spotting

Question

Hi! I was 12 weeks pregnant when I had spotting while pooping. It stopped, and I told my OB. She advised me to bed rest and gave me medication to help with the pregnancy. Five days later, we had a transvaginal ultrasound, and the baby was okay with a heartbeat, but there was some bleeding. The doctor said it was a hemorrhage, which Im not familiar with since this is my second pregnancy, and I didnt experience this with my first. My OB advised me to continue bed rest and take Duphaston 3x a day, as I am at risk of miscarriage. Now, I’m 13 weeks pregnant, and after my check-up three days ago, I had spotting again. I saw it when I wiped with tissue, but it was gone after washing. Has anyone here experienced something like this? Thank you in advance po sa sasagot

continue bed rest lang po as much as possible po at take lng ng pampakapit ... pero if sumakit na po puson balakang at may lumalabas na po na meaty ang texture sainyo contact po ur OB asap not a good sign po
