19 weeks and 2 days

I vomited fresh blood and it was my first time with my 3 pregnancies. I was brought to the ER and advised to have my bed rest with Dydrogesterone. It has been a roller coaster ride with all my pregnancies coz each one has problem. Please help me pray to make my baby safe. Thank you in advance

thank u po...nagsuka ako after nmin sa ER ulit pagdating sa haus then kanina sa clinic ng OB-gyn k andami k rin sinuka nd nila macheck kung saan nanggaling kc sa echo si bebe very strong naman...namamaga na ung throat k sa series ng suka
