13weeks spotting

Hi! I was 12 weeks pregnant when I had spotting while pooping. It stopped, and I told my OB. She advised me to bed rest and gave me medication to help with the pregnancy. Five days later, we had a transvaginal ultrasound, and the baby was okay with a heartbeat, but there was some bleeding. The doctor said it was a hemorrhage, which I'm not familiar with since this is my second pregnancy, and I didn't experience this with my first. My OB advised me to continue bed rest and take Duphaston 3x a day, as I am at risk of miscarriage. Now, I’m 13 weeks pregnant, and after my check-up three days ago, I had spotting again. I saw it when I wiped with tissue, but it was gone after washing. Has anyone here experienced something like this? Thank you in advance po sa sasagot

same situation may hemorrhage rin po ako, need lang talaga inumin yung nireseta ni ob and bed rest po talaga ang mas kailangan, bawal ma stress, mag lakad lakad at akyat baba sa hagdan.
