Lower Back Ache ?

I think I bend too much when carrying, bathing and changing baby. Now my lower back aches so bad. Will rubbing medicated oil or putting medicated plaster stop the aching? Or do I need to go for massage? Or see a chiropractor?

You can try paracetamol/medicated patches first, and ask your husband to help massage the back. If it’s a muscle problem, personally I don’t think a chiropractor can help

Thank you... will do.

I recommend postnatal pilates if you afford the time. Helps with posture and strengthening of other muscles to help

Stretching should help. Also remember to bend and lift with your knees. Bend at the knees. Not the baxk

I feel you. Going for regular massages is the best. Do take note of your posture when carrying baby.

Try ointment first if the pain gets too unbearable do consult a doctor, take care!

Can do some stretching or try massage too if it’s within your budget.
