Frustrating!!

I live on the 2nd floor and there's this crazy works going on where they remove the parking lots flooring to improve and change to a newer one. I don't understand why they have to do it because i personally do not see any issue with the old ones, maybe they just want to improve the looks of it. I'll be induced this week and will be expecting my newborn baby back at home next week. The thing is..how the hell is my baby gonna sleep peacefully with all the works going on?! Damn annoying you know

Usually newborn can still be able to sleep when there is white noises. Mostly it calms them too. Ive read that in our tummy, they are used to sounds and loud noises, ur heartbeat etc.. But if the noises are too loud prolly u can seek help from ur immediate families to stay over for a while. Having to let ur newborn be used to sleeping even when there is noises is a good thing for you as they will not be a light sleeper. But of course if the noises is making ur newborn having difficulties in sleeping, u have to stay somewhere else for the meantime. You will also need rest and not sure if u can rest with the noises too.

Hi, can understand your frustration but not to worry. Apparently newborn babies prefer to sleep with noises.. They are used to hearing loud noises when they are in our tummy hence they can sleep better with it. Only concern would be the dusts.. Maybe you can let baby stay in an enclosed aircon room to prevent it.

Hi... I understand the frustration but on the flip side, your child will get use to sleeping with ‘noise’ which works well in the long run.

Sorry to hear this. But this definitely cannot be stopped as reno work must be done on day time. Would you be able to consider inlaw's place?

In law's place is definitely out of the question. Is baby sensitive to the slightest noise when they're asleep? Can they sleep during those works?

Your LO might not be bothered with the noise at all as she is used to the loud noises when she is in your womb.

Hi, I understand your frustration but babies do not much problem with the noise and the sleep peacefully

Understand your frustration, but nb baby will probably just take that as white noise and sleep thru it
