I do fruit shakes Banana- kasi high in folate and other vitamins Orange juice - high in vitamin C Add milk - for calcium eat Tinola and nilaga na beef and chicken version add vegetables ( this is a combo of soup and vegetables na remedy sa constipation during pregnancy) Boiled egg - the only food that has choline good for baby development. For fish, don't eat raw. Sushi. Limit lang not exclude. Good choices are Tilapia, Salmon Don't eat tuna because high mercury content. Some women don't eat salmon also but ako I eat cooked salmon Kasi there are still nutrients I need from fish (omega 3 fatty acid) just limit ng servings. Be careful of foods that causes usually diarrhea to you. Avoid this.

thank you so much for the info. really big help for the 1st time mom-to-be like me ♥️ godbless.

My OB Gyne told me to avoid sour foods as much as possible so as not to trigger vomiting and hyperacidity, and it is quite effective for me. I am already on my 10th week and I don't feel any discomfort. I just follow what the doctor says. 😊 I was also told to eat small meals every 2 hours so baby and I won't get hungry and have crackers and ice chips always ready in case I vomit. I am advised to eat papaya when I am constipated and have prune juice on standby in case eating papaya won't suffice. I also avoid carbonated drinks, coffee and tea. 😊

Tapos po laging may lumalabas sakin na brown spot minsan dark spots halos 4 weeks until now ko po nakikita yung mga spots na yun minsan po pag umiihi ako e meron pong blood clot na lumalabas. Normal lang po ba yun? 1st time ko pong pagbubuntis to. Thank you po sa makakasagot. Have a good day po.

mam Arianne Pacheco better po kung magconsult ka sa ob mo and patest po urine.. 😊

Im surprised I didnt find anyone say deep water fishes! Because of high mercury content, that’s not good for the baby. Avoid those like SALMON, TUNA and MACKEREL, regardless of packaging. Limit 🚫 coffee, tea and soda. Also, salty foods can make you swell. Hope this helps. 🥰

Mercedez DL ano po sign ng ectopic

U may want to eat anything and everything but in moderation. 😊 Just avoid pineapple & raw stuff for the first and second semester. Being pregnant is so wonderful, no words can ever describe the feeling. ❤️

Hi po mga momshie. 9weeks preggy here. Napakaselan ko po sa pagkain at pang amoy, lagi po ako nagduduwal at nagsusuka. Normal po ba? Na lagi kong nararamdaman to ngayon?

In takashimaya you can buy Expecting Better by Emily oster :) my husband got it for me when I started panicking about drinking coffee. It demystifies all gossip and gives you true statistics and facts on what you can eat and drink!

Consult ur gynae. My gynae said i can eat anything in moderation (alcohol is a nono though) .. So i even had a few slices of sashimi during early preg :) my parents did advise against "cooling" food such as herbal tea, green bean soup, etc.

Dont eat pineapple on your 1st trimester. You can eat that on your 3rd trimester. It helps soften your cervix. Pineapple is high on bromelaine so if you eat it on your 1st trimester. It can lead you to miscarriage.
