Not sure if you’re pregnant or in which trimester but it’s normal for first trimester. Your uterus is growing thus pushing your insides 4cm further up. I read it somewhere online. Which means it’ll push gas into your esophagus. Avoid gassy drinks, drink plenty of plain water to neutralise the acids in your stomach. Take care!
Oats can satiate hunger for quite long. Try that? Plain rolled oats. Not instant oats. Prob would want to mix in something sweet too.
Soup noodles are good comfort food. Drink ginger tea if you want your gastric to feel warm longer.. It works for me
