i have some pain and sounds coming from the upper stomach..tried taking smaller meals and eating slowly...the pain is still there..some say its acid reflux but i feel its like gastric..how can it be cured? does it goes off by 3 months as i m at my 9th week now..
Oh gaviscon is safe for pregnancy. I took it on off all the way till i delivered cos of heartburn. U try but if it doesnt help u going back to ur gynae will be best ok!
