Can i go salon to wash my hair during my confinement ?
Sure, why not? Use warm water... To me, confinement period’s meant to take care of the mummy, to help her recover from labour. Extra help is of course welcome to care for baby, but also so that mummy can rest. If taking a warm bath helps refresh you physically and also mentally, then do it. If you feel safer following the traditional confinement practices and that makes you happy, then do that. Ultimately, do what’s comfortable for you (within reasonable limits) 😊 Not worth it going into depression just to do what other people tell you.
