Brown Spotting for more than a week

Hi. I am 6 weeks pregnant and have been having brown spotting like this every day. On some days it will be darker when I walk a lot. I have taken duphaston given by doctor but the spotting still continue. Not sure what to do now.

jumpa gynae,request for pruluton injection and duphaston,they will scan u first to see whether there is haemorage in your uterus or something else..bykkan bed rest,jgn buat kerja berat..Insya Allah mudahan ada rezeki.
