Brown sticky discharge in Week8

#discharge Im not sure if its a sign of miscarriage. Since last week I have discharge dark brown sticky mucous like, only get when wiping. Went for pregnancy scan and all good. Now the volume is more and turns marroon red. What should I do?

Please see a doctor. I've had brown discharge which turned to red bleeding. Doctor gave me duphaston tablet, injection and asked to get plenty of rest. Until now I'm still getting some brown spotting but not as heavy as earlier.
