hye,so this morning i went to clinic for a scan. But doctor said she only see the sac. There is no baby. She suggested to wait for two weeks before i scan again. Is it normal? sorry for bad english

Happened to my wife as well. Don't worry. After 2 weeks or for some women even a little bit more, can see already. As long as sac growing according to the weeks and days, nothing to worry about. Jangan risau. Everything will be fine.
