My husband ignores or laughs off whenever I approach him for sex. He is least interested. It becomes so frustrating. I am on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Help me!

in many cases our busy lifestyles drain all the energy, leaving us tired and uninterested in sex. but if your husband is doing this regularly, you need to understand why this is happening. i'd suggest make some alone time with him, without the sexual tones, and spend a good time doing fun things, such as taking a tub bath together, going for a couple massage, a fun outdoor activity, anything that can help you both bond. once he is relaxed, broach the subject casually and tell him that you love him and miss him in a physical way, that he is the only man you love and are attracted to. sometimes, physical praise can do wonders too.. all the best

not being interested in sex is quite common these days, but laughing or ignoring is a little different. please talk to him about why he is not interested in sex anymore. is he always too tired, stressed or busy? or is he otherwise fine but only reacts like this when you talk about sex? try and spend some time together without the sex aspect, but instead talk, laugh, watch a movie and do other things that may help him get comfortable first, then move on to sex topics slowly

Ask him why is he disinterested in sex. May be he is stressed, overworked or having lack of energy. May be his testosterone levels are low. I guess, you should see a sexologist apart from working out various tips that a link below I am sharing suggests. http://www.webmd.com/men/features/low-testosterone-explained-how-do-you-know-when-levels-are-too-low http://www.healthline.com/health/low-testosterone/natural-boosters

You need to find out why is your husband is disinterested in sex. Sometimes its work pressure, sometimes some health issues, sometimes performance anxiety, or sometimes simply midlife crisis which makes men disinterested in sex. You can go out for an outing, only you both, where you can spend romantic time with each other, talk a lot, explore each other. May be the monotony in marriage is also a reason.

I know how frustrating it must be but you need to find out the cause of the problem. As mentioned by the others, it could be work stress. But if it is happening all the time I suggest you seek professional help. For all you know this might just be a mid life crisis most of us go through and the professional will guide you through it better.

The best thing to do is to talk to your husband and tell him what you feel whenever he does those things.

Sexy lingerie? Just outrageously flirt with him And take control of the situation
