Haha, don't expect your newborn to come out really cute. He will be very wrinkly, weird and as Jamie put, very strange and ET-lookalike. For me I thought my son looked like a mini frowning uncle with fat squishy cheeks.

I love newborn look, they are so tiny and cute. I don't find newborn is ugly at all. You will probably miss the first sight of your newborn in your hands right after birth.
