vomit gastric

I got ubat muntah from my doctor when I got gastric. Need to take it before meal and it helped preventing me from vomiting the food I eat. Not sure if it can be found at the pharmacy, but you can ask them.

must eat frequently in small portion.. dun let ur stomach empty.

Try to stay hydrated, drink and eat every thing slowly..
