Super Mum

For the fast few months my 15 month old daughter is spending a long hours screen time (3 hours maximum total in a day). But I realized that it was not right and we are being too abused for letting her sit just watching youtube for that long. I started making a lot of activites for her and slowly eliminate screen time, day by day it gets lessened, she now finally forgets to watch yt at morning and afternoon. We are more on playing her toys, reading, drawing and more outdoor activities in the afternoon. Now I let her watch at night for 30 minutes only. ❤

My 1 yr old doesn’t have screentime. Tinry kong papanoorin sya before (behind my husband’s back🤫) just to see what he’ll do,pinanood naman nya pero after 5 mins mas gusto na nyang magbuklat ng books. Ang alam ko mamsh big no no ang screen time during meal time. Nabanggit ni pedia yan. Habang maaga, unti unti nyo na pong tanggalin ang screentime nya lalo na during meal time

Based sa experience namin sa nephew jo no gadgets until 2yrs old sya. Ang ginawa namin noon ung buong pader namin sa kwarto puro educational charts kaya maaga sya natuto at nakakadagdag ng IQ at mabilis mgsalita. Saka bonding ndin.

"The American Academy of Pediatrics discourages media use, except for video-chatting, by children younger than 18 to 24 months. They also recommend that children aged 2 to5 years limit screen time to one hour per day of high-quality programming." Hehe

Same here hehe.. I have a 3yo & a 1yo, I can only have them seated for a couple of minutes if I let them watch after that they are all over the place na ulit ahaha.. dont guilt too much mommy.

Thank you mommy! I just thought that i'm giving her a lot of screen time so i asked! 🙂

Gadgets are a huge no-no for me. Especially for babies. They'll be dependent. With a schedule or no schedule. I'd rather buy her toys and books.
