i almost always plug in my music and head out for my long walk sessions. sometimes, when i am exceptionally depressed, i sleep it out.
I've a 5 month old baby so whenever i feel so down i just go and cuddle my baby and the moment he smiles just make my day 😊
crying it out...putting headphones on ..streaming rock song with high beats and singing out loud. .
i will talk to my family or friends about it.. Or hubby
god is great. Naming god. simple & easy.
