When you feel so stressed out, what's the first thing you do?
I breathe in and breathe out, and I stay away for a few minutes. I stay inside the room or go outside the house kahit saglit para lang ma release ko ang tension. That's the easiest I can do since I have babies to look after.
I pause for a while and give myself a break for a few minutes. Through the years, I have somehow learned to control my emotions. Dati I used to freak out agad, but now I continue to manage my temper.
