Counting of feeding intervals

How to count what time should I start feeding baby? 2-3hour after the previous start or end of feed? Example start feeding at 12:00pm and baby finish the bottle at 12.20pm. So next feed is 3:00pm or 3.20pm?

Start 12pm Next feed is 3pm , 6pm , 9pm.
