dropped handphone on 7 weeks old baby's head

Help!!! I was using my phone while nursing my baby when he suddenly flung his hand and it caught on to a strap on my phone, causing the phone to drop on the side of his head near the temple!!! He wailed and held the wail for a few seconds before continuing to wail for sometime. After which he stopped and nurse tor a short while then just fell asleep. I am very worried it he is ok and whether there would be any concussion or long term impact or internal injury! He had no external injury on his head as I see.. should i bring him to the doctor???
