baby head fall the way back

just now my hubby was carrying my one month old baby upwards with one hand and another hand holding bottle preparing to feed baby but baby head suddenly fall backward all the way quite fast will it have any inpact on him? as he is still very small and no strength to support his own head so i scared a sudden movement like that will have impact on him cux is rlly a very sudden kind of drop
