zat besi penting utk hasilkan HB.. so cari mknn tggi zat besi.. cth daging merah, bayam, bawang... boleh google... ataupun mintak kt nurse klinik tu iron tablet

makanan sunnah is the best. maybe can try susu kambing. klau suplement saya suggest shaklee. 100% organic suplement. ayah mertua saya doc. dia cakap shaklee is best suplement.

kann.. sya xjual shaklee. tp sya consume nsp shaklee for milkbooster skang. msa preggy xbrani amik suplement apa2 sbab 1st pregnant tkut nak amik risiko. maybe next preggy nk consume shaklee. rugi xde amik suplement ape2 sbab msa preggy dlu lembik sampai ke bersalin.

Sy suggest boleh try maltofer fol , iberet, obimin pluz, zincofer, sangobion, blackmores dll Pati buah delima, buah delima, buah tembikai-boleh naikkan hb anda

sepanjang pregnancy i consume appeton natal care..hb xpernah turun below than 12.5g/dL..i feel yg i serasi then i trus consistent with this supplement..

sy pown hb low,sy makan ubat yg dokter bagi, tapi msti muntah balik, lps tu sy cuba makan mamariam, alhamdulillah.. dah ok skrng..

Brp lama consume mamariam tu?

try minum green juice (bayam + oren + apple) sy minum masa hb drop dr 10 naik smpi 12. kafein pun kena elakkan.. goodluck 💪

Ambil ubat yang Kk bagi dengan air ribena dlm perut kosong...Dulu hb saya 7.8...missi asyik Marah...lepas 1 bulan dah naik 12.3

Sis boleh try pati delima gulsan n jus jambu batu pink.. InsyaAllah naik cepat.. Pastu teruskn mkn syur2 hijau cntoh byam..
