HB low... Sometimes always forget to consume my vitamin which must be consume 2 hour bfore eat...... So then, the time was not as regular...... Beside, i really cant stop take tea.... Usually take tea fr evening.... But smtimes after eat dinner.... Dont know how to manage the time to eat everything that can cause my HB. Low........ Besides need consume tea, coffe, milo, milk 2 hour before / after eating... What should i eat to make my HB reading normal?
