Follow your heart to go for what you want. I totally no appetite for anything during first few weeks in first tri, cos keep vomitting. Then my heart tells me i want durian, and happen durian cured my nausea once and for all 🤭
Need a balanced diet especially when pregnant. You may be missing out on important mineral by not having meat. My gynae specifically told me to eat red meat to build up the internal organs of baby starting from 2nd trimester.
Same goes for me in this pregnancy! Can’t stand meat and I have been taking in much more vege... During my first pregnancy I only dislike Chinese food haha
I dislike all kinds of meat during my first trimester... But during my third trimester, I crave for meat all the time 😄

Then focus on getting protein still into your body Maybe things like toufu etc Still need protein for bb
although no appetite but do remember to have balance diet and keep yourself hydrated at all time. :)
Sometimes will not have any feel for meat. Will go for lighter food like steam veg and some fruits
Yup... been disliking meat too. Cant stand the sight and smell or even thinking of it.
I'll feel sick after eating steak. I used to love them alot 😭
