No Yolk Sac and Embryo seen yet at 5weeks and 5days

Hello Everyone! Was diagnosed with pcos 9years ago and have gone work up pregnancy to conceive and now 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant. However, my last transv stated that no yolk sac and embryo seen yet but with corpus leteum and my hcg result was low. Currently, I am experiencing spotting and cramps. Anyone of you have experienced the same but now is successful with pregnancy?

Same here po. 5 weeks no embryonic sac. None at all. Except sa thick endometrium lining ko. somehow na relieve naman ako nung may progression line sa pt ko. Pinapabalik ako ng obgyne this feb.17(10weeks based on my LMP).
