No Yolk Sac and Embryo seen yet at 5weeks and 5days

Hello Everyone! Was diagnosed with pcos 9years ago and have gone work up pregnancy to conceive and now 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant. However, my last transv stated that no yolk sac and embryo seen yet but with corpus leteum and my hcg result was low. Currently, I am experiencing spotting and cramps. Anyone of you have experienced the same but now is successful with pregnancy?

I had the same experience except that I had no PCOS. 6 weeks nagpa ultrasound ako at wala rin nakita kaya advice ng ob ko na magpa transV sa iba. Takot ako sa transV kaya pinagpaliban ko muna. Napilitan akong magpa transV nun biglang nag spotting ako at 8 weeks. Binigyan ako ng pampakapit maselan din pagbubuntis ko. Dont worry mommy everything will be fine. I gave birth to a healthy baby girl on October 2020. God bless po!
