No Yolk Sac and Embryo seen yet at 5weeks and 5days

Hello Everyone! Was diagnosed with pcos 9years ago and have gone work up pregnancy to conceive and now 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant. However, my last transv stated that no yolk sac and embryo seen yet but with corpus leteum and my hcg result was low. Currently, I am experiencing spotting and cramps. Anyone of you have experienced the same but now is successful with pregnancy?

Hello mga mommies! Thank you sa encouragement and support! I had a miscarriage last week Feb 8 kasi hindi daw nag develop si baby so normal na daw na magbleed ako ng kusa until mg OB advised me na mag D&C procedure na kami. 😞
