Why? pernah berlaku tak?

Every morning, i woke up. then try to minum susu, then a few hour like that cirit birit. Now im so tired to try any susu ibu mengandung! Haiyooo suggestion what should i do?

sometimes it normal for certain prgnt women sis.. mcm sy before th prgnt, sy xde masalah pun mnm susu..1liter tu pun sy blh mnm sorg2.. tp masuk je 2bulan prgnt & ke atas, sy xblh lgsg mnm susu dah.. if nak sy mnm susu coklat kdg2.. dktr sendiri kata, our febret food & drink tu, akan berubah jd mknn/mnn yg kita xblh consume sbb maybe perubahan hormon.. trigt pulak dlu suka sgt gulai kari, gulai tempoyak, rendang. skrg ni even da 6 bulan, semua ni xblh kena dgn tekak.. hahahaha

same.. if I drink susu early morning b4 or after bfast mmg akan crit. try mnum sblum tdur better.. tp kdang2 ada pregy mom yg susah nak poop sbb keras.. bila time sy mcm tu then sy akan mnum susu pagi utk memudah kan sy release the unreleased burden.. 😂

i akan minum susu sejuk sikit...kalau warm rasa muak tak boleh minum...wajib minum pagi dan sebelum tidur sbb pikirkan pembesaran untuk baby...#anakke4

Sama dgn sy. Every morning minum susu akan cirit birit. Tapi one day sy try minum susu b4 tdo. Alhamdulillah until now xde masalah cirit birit.

sama dgn saya.. jangan minum terus susu lepas bangun.. nnt sure sakit perut. cuba minum lepas dah makan. so far, ok. ☺

looks like you could be lactose intolerant. very common in Asians. does it happen with other cow's milk? try non lactose ones

try minum susu hl . i pun tak boleh minum susu ibu mengandung . i minum hl jee . hb pun naik elok . 😊

i pun sama gak. i try to drink orange juice. baru ok. makan banyak buah & sayur
