Difficult situation

My cousin sister have been trying for baby for past 5 years and she couldn't conceive. Also when she went for her medical check up the doctor said its difficult for her to conceive because of her ovaries, overweight, irregular menses and some other complications. Her in laws have been pin pointing she havent got pregnant yet and she used to call and msg me that she is under depression and she cries almost every night for a baby. ? I'm now 3 months pregnant and I've not officially announced to others accept my immediate family. Should I personally message and tell her before I announce it or just let her know through social media? Ps: She is 3 years older than me and I just got married in January end. We are the only grandchildren in the family too. I dont want her to get hurt or get more stress. Also my baby will be the first great grand child. How can I let her know?

Share with her my story. I was super overweight and married for 3years no news everyone around me is asking... Well, of coz I know due to weigh so no point go see doctor unless I on diet. So one day I start to diet not coz i want get pregnant but really too fat until I stare at mirror I also felt disgusted. I lose 20kg in 3 months with a strict diet no medicine involved. Morning drink Oat milk, lunch time drink soup or noodle only night time eat one apple or yogurt & drink plenty of water. Exercises everyday in that 3 months, stair climbing, running and Swimming. (NO CHEAT DAY AT ALL) Starting it real v hard but eventually body will get used to it. Mense also start to regular after I lose weight. I got pregnant right after I lose weigh and guess what went for check up found a 10cm cyst this also part of the reason why no news for the past 3years. But shortly i miscarriage at 13weeks after that need wait for 2 mense cycle den can proceed with cyst removal operation. Right after the cyst removal on Mar 2019 I found out I pregnant with rainbow baby on Apr 2019. Now into 18 weeks :) tell her dun give up if really want a baby, she have to lose weight relax her body :)
